What is Silagra?

How does Silagra work?

Silagra works the same way as Viagra (Sildenafil’s erection enhancing abilities were discovered as an accidental side-effect during the research of a heart treatment drug), by inhibiting an enzyme called phosphodiesterase (PDE5). By blocking PDE5, the blood vessels in the penis remain relaxed for a longer period allowing for greater blood circulation. It also has the effect of temporarily blocking the blood in the penis helping to produce longer-lasting and stronger erections. Silagra works only in response to sexual stimulation.

How well does Silagra work?

Silagra can be extremely effective. It has been shown to work in 80% of men regardless of what’s causing their ED. In the case of men suffering from hypertension, it works in 73% of patients and for those being treated for diabetes; the success rate is 59%. In all studies prior to market approval, Silagra demonstrated significant improvement as compared to a placebo.

When should you take Silagra?

One hour prior to sexual intercosure.  Silagra remains effective after ingestion for approximately four hours. Silagra should not be taken more than once in any 24-hour period

What is the correct dosage for Silagra?

When ordering Silagra please note it is available in 100mg film coated pill. You should try the standard half-dose of 50mg first. Only if this proves ineffective, should you try full pill.

What are the side effects of Silagra?

The side effects of Silagra are not particularly pleasant. And fortunately not frequent. Anyway you should be aware of them. If they do occur, they are usually short. Following side effects have been reported:  Headaches, Bluish vision, Congestion, Diarrhea, Facial Flushing, Urinary Tract Infections.

Who Should not Take Silagra (in any circumstances)?

Persons taking drugs containing nitrates should not take the erectile dusfunction medication Silagra as this can cause a large and sudden drop in blood pressure. Silagra can adversely interact with some medications, including those used to treat HIV. Silagra should be used with care in patients who get angina (chest or heart pain) on exercise.
